Who the controller is

Dello Indústria e Comércio Ltda, which owns the DelloPlast® brand, headquartered at Estrada Municipal Remígio Olivotti, 1145, Barreiro, Extrema (MG), Brazil, decides how and why your data is processed on this site.

What data we collect

Only what you type into the quote request form: name, company and email, which are required, plus phone, segment, product of interest, estimated volume and the description of your application, which are optional.

This site uses no tracking cookies, has no audience analytics tools and installs no social network pixels. If you do not fill in the form, nothing of yours is collected.

As with any site, the servers hosting it record technical access data, such as IP address and request time, used for security and fault diagnosis.

What we use it for

To answer your request: review the application you described, prepare a technical proposal and contact you through the channels you provided. We do not use this data for marketing communication, and we neither sell nor transfer it to third parties.

The legal bases are your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the performance of preliminary procedures relating to a contract at your request, under article 7, items I and V, of the Brazilian data protection law.

Who we share it with

Your data reaches our sales team by email. For that we rely on two suppliers acting as processors: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the email. Both handle the data only to make the delivery possible, under our instruction.

These suppliers keep servers outside Brazil, which constitutes an international transfer of data. It takes place in order to provide the service you requested.

How long we keep it

The site keeps no database: nothing you type is stored here. The request comes to exist as a message in our team's inbox, and is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or outdated, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information on who we share it with, and the withdrawal of your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to our support channel. We answer within the period set by law.

Security

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection, validates form content on the server and limits repeated submission attempts. No measure removes risk entirely, but we work to reduce it.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts collecting other data or using new tools, we update this text and the date shown at the top.
